More about the book:
The World of Creativity: The Book.
What can we learn about creativity from people from different countries and cultures? In the upcoming book “The World of Creativity” global keynote speaker and writer Fredrik Haren travels the globe to learn about the many facets of human creativity.
Each chapter covers one aspect of creativity that was inspired by one country or one culture.
Of course, there is not one style of creativity that is applicable one everyone in any country, but each country has its unique characteristics that make the people of this country stand out.
For example, the concept of “Kaizen,” constant, small improvements, is a very Japanese concept and the world has benefited a lot from learning about Kaisen from Japan. But that doesn’t mean that all Japanese people apply Kaizen in everything they do. But it does mean that the rest of the world benefitted a lot from being open to learning about this very Japanese way of looking at creativity.
But there are so many other countries! What is "Icelandic creativity”? What is “Indian creativity”? What can we all learn about innovation from Holland?
- And what aspect of human creativity is unique or special to and how can that inspire the rest of the world? That is what the book “The World of Creativity” will answer.
The book is based on the premise that we can all become so much more creative by learning from each other.
For the book The World of Creativity global keynote speaker and author Fredrik Haren is traveling the globe to learn about the many facets of human creativity. His goal is to visit, learn from, and speak in 100 countries (He as already spoken in 65+ countries from South Africa to Oman to the UK). If you share his passion for human creativity sign up for the newsletter or get in contact and let him know about creative people he should interview. If you know of companies that could be interested in having him speak to their employees or their clients we would also love to hear from you. Let’s work together towards helping humanity reach its full creative potential.
